REACH: The Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH) helps low-income families keep their utilities services turned on in times of hardship. Provides an energy credit for up to $300 based on a past due bill.
HEAP: The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides assistance to eligible low-income households with the goal of managing and meeting their immediate home heating and/or cooling needs.
