Is your landlord intimidating you?
Your landlord may be attempting to push you out of your unit through different intimidation and/or coercion tactics. The first thing to know is that as a tenant you have rights! As long as there isn’t an eviction court order, you have the right to peace and enjoyment of your unit. Your landlord may be intimidating you illegally through some of the following tactics. Please note that this is not an extensive list but more of a guide of things you could fight to enforce your rights to a peaceful and habitable unit.
