Was there a Rent Adjustment Program notice given to you with your lease?

In Oakland, if you’re covered under rent control, the landlord is supposed to give you a notice letting you know your rights with your lease or 6 months prior to any rent increase. In addition, If you moved in after September 2016, the landlord needs to give you this notice is Spanish, English and Chinese. If they don’t you can file a petition with the Rent Adjustment Program to fight the rent increase.
