If you already called Code Enforcement or Vector Control, you waited 3 weeks for them to show up, and they didn’t show up, you can call them again.

If you called them, they inspected the house and told your landlord to make fixes but nothing has been fixed, then you can contact the inspectors directly (whose contacts you should have) and tell them what’s happening.
